I have the honor to request that I may receive of fifty five pounds four shillings and nine pence on account of the Vote of £1000 for Measurement of Base Line – being a ?? advance of Fifty Pounds, together with a balance of £5.4.9 already expended ??
A voucher for the expenditure of £15.4.9 was forwarded to the Treasury on the 14th Ult and ?? ?? a further Voucher for £10.

I only arrived late last night and have had no time to obtain more than the following amounts for which I enclose you cheques viz

Which includes 3s which he paid for repairs of Harness at Goulburn.
Priest 16.10.0
being the amount of his first voucher to June 30th

You will be kind enough to make them sign their names as signature of claimant date of Receipt and name of receiver with a penny stamp they will receive the remainder early next week.
